Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For large original paintings, you have 15 business days upon receiving the item.  For photography, reprints, or any other artwork reprinted (i.e. cards, notebooks, etc) you have 30 days to return item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Any items have been damaged cannot be accepted for return. All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-14 business days of receiving your package to use, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return, and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund.

We ship only to addresses in the U.S. at the moment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


All orders that include an original painting require a signature upon delivery regardless of a waiver to insure the order is delivered you and as protection against fraud. If you are not available to sign for your original painting, can ship your order to your place of work or another more convenient destination. All other products will be shipped with a tracking number and without signatures; those include reprints, photography, etc.


As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, if you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, we ask that your credit card or financing company has this alternative shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternative shipping address.


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer delivery to all places within the United States and its provinces, US Military Bases and Installations.


Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses ships orders to all valid addressed military bases. All APO and FPO orders ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders going to these addresses may take longer than the guaranteed time because they go through the military postal service. We do provide a tracking number for all the packages shipped by USPS when it is available. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to be valid in the USPS system.
